Affiliate Program Policies & Rules

1. Introduction

Welcome to CHORCHA.NET's Affiliate Program! These policies and rules are designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and successful partnership. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility & Enrollment

Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.
Affiliates must complete the official application process and receive approval.
We reserve the right to reject any application at our discretion.
Affiliates must not have any history of fraudulent activity or policy violations.

3. Commission Structure & Payments

Affiliates earn commissions based on successful referrals that result in sales.
The commission percentage will be outlined in the affiliate agreement and may be subject to change with prior notice.
Payments are made on a Monthly basis via BKASH, Bank Transfer.
Affiliates must meet a minimum payout threshold of 500 BDT to receive payment.
Any fraudulent or chargeback transactions will not be eligible for commissions.
If an affiliate attempts to sell a subscription to a user who has already had a subscription before, this sale will be terminated and will not be counted in the system.

4. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by CHORCHA.NET.
Misleading, deceptive, or false advertising is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates must not engage in spam marketing, including unsolicited emails or messages.
Paid advertising using our brand name without approval is not allowed.
Affiliates must disclose their relationship with CHORCHA.NET in their promotions in compliance with relevant advertising laws.

5. Restricted Activities

Affiliates without approval must not misrepresent themselves as an official representative of CHORCHA.NET.
No use of unethical, illegal, or misleading tactics to generate sales.
No cookie stuffing, ad fraud, or forced clicks.
No promotion on websites containing hate speech, violence, or illegal content.
No bidding on CHORCHA.NET's brand keywords in search engines unless explicitly allowed.
Creating social media pages, handles, or communities using CHORCHA.NET's logo, slogan, or anything that indicates it is official is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates should not use CHORCHA.NET's video content directly as it is, but they can use those in their community with approval.
Promoting their code/link in CHORCHA.NET's official community (page, group, in-app doubts section) is strictly prohibited.
We do not allow our affiliates to sell to our existing or past customers.

6. Brand Representation & Content Use

Affiliates may not modify or misrepresent our logos, branding, or promotional materials.
Any content created using our brand name must be pre-approved by our marketing team.
Affiliates must not claim ownership of our products or services.

7. Termination & Violations

We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate's account at any time for violation of policies.
If an affiliate is found engaging in fraudulent or unethical behavior, commissions may be forfeited.
Affiliates who do not generate any sales for 2 months may be removed from the program.
Terminated affiliates must cease all promotions and remove our branding immediately.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

Affiliates must not share customer data or internal company information with third parties.
Compliance with all applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is mandatory.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

CHORCHA.NET is not responsible for any loss of income due to system failures, tracking errors, or unforeseen issues.
Affiliates operate as independent entities and are not employees of CHORCHA.NET.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their region.

10. Amendments & Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time.
Affiliates will be notified of significant changes and must review and agree to any updates to continue participation.
Chorcha reserves the right to add Promotional Coupons containing discounts of any percentage for a limited time Period.
Chorcha also reserves the right to send any discount/offer to its users through notifications, personal messages, or the in-app support section.

11. Contact & Support

For any questions or support, affiliates can contact the Affiliate Support group. Also better communication processes might be added in future if needed.

By participating in our affiliate program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies and rules.
