c) Manners can vary from culture to culture and society to society. However, we learn manners from our parents, family, and various social institutions.
d) According to the passage, an example of a bad manner can be when a person talks with his/her mouth full of food. Another bad manner can be when one does not use polite expressions after being helped or meeting and greeting people.
