Application for transfer certificate

Sir,

With due respect, I am a regular student in the ninth grade of your college. My father is a government employee. He was recently transferred from Dhaka to Cumilla. Our family is about to move to a new place soon. I have no relatives here to stay with. So it is not possible for me to continue studying in your college. In this case, I really need a transfer certificate.

I, Therefore, pray and hope that after receiving all the fees due from the college, you will be obliged to issue a transfer certificate for admission in a new college.
