If the roots are $\alpha, \frac{1}{\alpha} \therefore \alpha \cdot \frac{1}{\alpha}=\frac{5}{4-\mathrm{k}} \Rightarrow 1=\frac{5}{4-\mathrm{k}} \Rightarrow 4-\mathrm{k}=5 \Rightarrow \mathrm{k}=4-5=-1$
