Let $\theta$ denote the angular displacement of a simple pendulum oscillating in a vertical plane. If the mass of the bob is m, then in the string is mg$\cos\theta$

একটি সরল দোলক উলম্ব তল বরাবর দুলছে।

দোলকটির ববের কৌণিক সরণ হলো $\theta$। যদি ববের ভর m হয় তাহলে সুতার টান হলো mg$\cos\theta$

 

For simple pendulum

$\dfrac { m{ v }^{ 2 } }{ r } =T-mg\cos { \phi }$

But when $\phi =\theta$, i.e., the bob is at the extreme position. its velocity is zero, hence the equation becomes: $T-mg\cos { \theta }=0$

$\Rightarrow \quad T = mg\cos { \theta }$

সরল দোলকের ক্ষেত্রে

$\dfrac { m{ v }^{ 2 } }{ r } =T-mg\cos { \phi }$কিন্তু যখন

$\phi =\theta$তখন

ববটি বিস্তার অবস্থানে থাকে। তখন সমীকরণটি হলো
$T-mg\cos { \theta }=0$

$\Rightarrow \quad T = mg\cos { \theta }$
