Dear Sir,

Most respectfully, we would like to state that we, the students of class XI and XII, science group, are very much interested in holding a science fair on the occasion of the Victory. Day. We believe developing the science sector is a crying need at present in the age of globalization (বিশ্বায়ন). We also believe, it will enhance our zeal to learn more about the realm (রাজ) of science. It will also encourage us to learn about the mystery of the universe, and will display before us the wonders of science. Now we seek your kind approval and kind patronage for holding a successful science fair on that day.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would kindly consider our prayer and grant us necessary permission and assistance to organize and hold the fair successfully on our college campus.
